It only does one thing, destroying artifacts, but it does it exceptionally well and is still flexible
At just 1GW, Arahbo, Roar of the Worlds ability to give an attacking +X/+X, where X is its power, can quickly make your creatures a game-ending threat that are hard to stop without removal thanks to that lucky cat also getting trample
If youre running a Yuriko list with a lot of legendaries or rocks, or youre playing jam all the Assassins into one deck then this is a solid card for that strategy
The affinity ability takes the cake, making massive auras like Eldrazi Conscription and Overwhelming Splendor much more castable
Tovolar is mostly on the list because he finally makes werewolves worth playing in Commander, but his abilities also mean that we could be seeing the rise of an aggressive Werewolf deck in Standard too
