I had a Bartz and Boko design in the set that needed to change because it didn't work in the rules (classic game designer problem), and I thought it would be a great fit for this role
The archetype that Sliver Swarm focuses on entirely is Combat: the deck provides tons of cards that greatly increase its effectiveness in combat, from dishing out extra damage with Bonescythe Sliver to providing evasion with Cloudshredder Sliver to drawing card on combat with Synapse Sliver
Flying Whenever an opponent casts a spell, counter it unless that player pays
Or if you've already found a way to give it evasion, you could turn it into a 5/1 to really start putting pressure on your opponent
