Cask No. 39.187 16 – 20 years with pineapple humps and KeyCask No. 39. 187 Play on the tongue duality Speyside, Lossie The nose reminded us of candy peanuts, flapjacks, French Fancies and caramel Angel Delight, with hints of hessian sacks, straw and Plasticine flowers. The palate had an interesting duality a sweet side (Parma violets, orange liqueur, dates and fruit cake) and a warm, spicy, playing on the tongue element of sugar coated fennel seeds and new oak. The reduced nose similarly contrasted Macaroon
