you can just kill the 8/8 then leave your opponents with an annoying choice next turn: Do they take 10 damage or block and trigger a bunch of fights
Presumably, your jaw would have to be broken or dislocated for this to happen, and the person doesnt look like they were born like this, which means something transformed them into it

It often doesnt even matter if you have the third relevant artifact or enchantment to follow up with because so many of those synergies are intertwined and massively diminished after the first sweep
