Each has a white painted metal frame that would fit over a light bulb. They are made of damask silk that is affixed to the frame and decorated top and bottom with pink roped rick rack and with tassels hanging from the bottom. Each measures 5 3 4 in height exclusive of the tassels with a top diameter of 3 and a bottom
