Its one of my favorites from the 40k precons, and it was a great choice for my Isshin Dungeons & Damage deck, which loved to double up on attack triggers

It can make an interesting Commander instead of a companion in a graveyard recursion deck, but unless you're deliberately looking to water down your deck's power, you're probably better off using Meren of Clan Nel Toth or Muldrotha, the Gravetide instead

He also has a Blood Artist effect: whenever another creature dies, you gain one life and target opponent loses one life

I think this card may have won more matches than any other three budget cards combined
