Sanctum Seeker is like Hellrider, but a little better

While it has the same Burst Roar and Bellowing Thunder abilities as its alternate card versions, this variant's artwork stands out and makes it much more valuable and desirable

Because three damage isn't all that great in this format, even if it does only cost 1 mana

But making it the reward of a difficult transform condition makes it hard to recur, which is crucial for balancing extra-turn effects

This could be a funny commander if you know your playgroup always plays token decks or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker combos, but I cant see a reason to play this outside those super narrow metagame calls
