It was announced on April 1, 2004, originally leading to some confusion as to whether or not the set was real

I think some of the way it taxes your opponents can be interesting, especially in a game of Commander with multiple players, but I feel like I don't think this card has legs in other formats, at all

As for the bigger game-ending spells you have some more customizability
