Kinda Lost - NEIPA Boxing Day As a resultThe name of this beer is an ode to how we felt whist brewing it kinda lost. But that's to be expected because for this brew, we got right out of our comfort zone, trying some new experimental processes we picked up while working with some of our favourite overseas' breweries. Firstly, we increased the oat content in the malt bill to our highest level yet, so high in fact that we maxed out the mash tun! Then we used new dry hopping temperatures, which
