Kroxa, Titan of Deaths Hunger Kroxa is a very strong card in its own right, but it gets even more powerful when you can pitch it into the graveyard for free while costing your opponent a card
While this is likely in part because Strixhaven isn't an especially powerful Standard set, with quite a few rare slots dedicated to the underwhelming learn / lesson mechanic and many mythics that seem designed more to be good in Commander than in 60-card formats like Standard, there is one place where Strixhaven likely is having a huge impact: Wizards ' bottom line
Hopefully by the end of the list the value of these things will be better understood and why I have put them all together in this group will make good sense
