It was hand picked, wild yeast fermented in small vessels with some whole bunches and matured in French oak (20% + new). This pinot has generous flavour, a silky palate, good density, ripe dark red fruits, smoky spice, mineral driven tannins, is well balanced with mature complexity, structure and length. Phew!
