I think part of it is TCGPlayer factoring in availability, I know Radiant Greninja is available in two sealed products (the Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR League Battle Deck and the Quaquaval ex Deluxe Battle Deck) and Astral Radiance packs while the version of Radiant Charizard reprinted in the Prize Packs is only available in Crown Zenith
The Scrabblers allow us to pull creatures back to our hand, the most useful ones being discard outlets, though anything we recur is pretty fine - Other Options - Biting Rain Works best against aggro or token decks, but hits our own side quite hard, though this isn't ALWAYS a problem, especially if we have a lot of Shambling Goblins out
