You get soo much disgusting value out of this, and the difference between a Plains and non-Plains here is just massive, as opposed to 1 damage, a single +1/+1 counter, or making their guy not untap

to cascade, you exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card with mana value lesser than the cascade card, which you may then cast from exile without paying its mana cost
