In 1972, near the very beginning of their existence, The Residents set out to shoot a feature length music video titled VILENESS FLATS. The project was never completed and was subsequently shelved. Revisiting the film 12 years later, and availing themselves of attendant advances in video technology, The Residents finally completed the half
