The Commander Markers and Congregation deck of the Innistrad: Midnight Hunt expansion contains 1 deck of 100 ready-to-play green-white Magic cards (2 traditional Premium and 98 non-Premium), 1 Super Premium Presentation Commander (a copy of the Commander card on thick cardstock with a Premium texture printed on the border and card artwork), 1 0 Recipe Tokens On reverse side, 1 deck box (holds 100 cards with card protectors), 1 life counter and 1 reference sheet, all using 98% less plastic compared to previous Commander decks, including in the packaging.
So, for a way to learn the game by playing it, they released a pair of decks Trainer Deck A and Trainer Deck B which were designed to teach players the game, as they played against each other
Id argue, though, that if it produced even a colorless mana, it wouldnt even make the worst cards of all time list at this point due to Commander potential
