The value of this card comes from its rarity, with the chances of opening a Neon Ink Hidetsugu being exceptionally rare

It was a more subtle change, adding some more (non-game related) information on the bottom of the card, which received a black colored background
For reference, in the two Bent Packs that I personally opened, I received nothing of note from the first and a Gengar ex from the second

The downside is that you cant read the name of the card easily but I know all Old School cards by image
