Before we get into the real list, we wanted to give a quick shout-out to Urban Retreat

Bria, Riptide Rogue may be an Otter, but you dont need Otters to make it work

It's as easy as using Capacious Bucket [Rebel Clash], using Oranguru to put an Energy on top of your deck, and using Ice World to get an extra attachment

Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can reveal 1 "Purrely" Quick-Play Spell in your hand, Special Summon 1 Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck that mentions that card, by using this card you control as material, and attach the revealed card to the Summoned monster

Whether its because there was an oversight in the rules, or just an awkwardly-phrased sentence that throws people off, some cards need a bit more explaining than just reading whats on it
