EX Pokmon are a big creation fail in my opinion (at least when they became only Basic)- where big legendaries can just be played on the first turn as Basic Pokmon....That is not what Legendary Pokmon are in the console games...They are rare and extremely difficult to summon- which requires you to visit certain locations, perform rituals, etc
