The edges are bound in a floral indigo fabric

it is soft and has been de-pilled

and features antique brass snaps and handwarmer style pockets

that was juuuuust wide enough after opening the seam allowance to salvage into the front contrast placket of this special jacket

This coat features a medium weight wool blanket, and is in good vintage condition with one small area that is worn as pictured, and a discolored area on the back of the right sleeve that is hidden when cuffed (also as pictured).
