Theres something to be said for cards being pumped (like the Drowzee IR) simply because of a planned buyout, or cards losing tons of value because they were never popular Pokemon to begin with
Meowth 71/110 is a Common card and belongs to Common cards of Ex Holon Phantoms series
Balance, on the other hand, I dont think Balance would be okay to print at six mana
To make sure that it is actually life size either compare it to a template that you know is life size or print out your photo and ensure that the print is the exact same size as a real card
