Limited release numbers create scarcity that fuels demand
The "Prismatic Evolutions" set introduced many new Eeveelution Special Illustration Rares, and the trend of expensive Umbreons continues, as the new version is approaching similar prices as "Moonbreon." Unfortunately for fans, "Prismatic Evolutions" is still ridiculously hard to find on store shelves
I will also highly consider it in Boros decks unless the deck is already swimming in synergistic card draw, like my Tiana, Ship's Caretaker Aura deck

The problem with Golgari going wide is it has no answers to mass or targeted removal that hit my equipment (Akroma's Vengeance, Vandalblast), exiles (Swords to Plowshares, Utter End), or targets my key stuff (Cyclonic Rift)
