Both pieces are unlined and the dress is made in a below the knee length with an overlapped skirt that is gathered at the left waist

this would need specialty dry cleaning

This red wool coat has a matching over vest with a four button closure and can be worn either fully closed or open at the top to create lapels (see various photos)
