成熟的梨子與水蜜桃香氣，揉合些許杏仁、小麥吐司、白花氣息。柔順的口感中挾帶宜人的酸度，風味層次多變，餘韻悠長。

葡萄品種：Syrah、Grenache、Mourvèdre、Carignan、Cinsault、Tinta Barroca 。

使用70%的帶梗葡萄進行8至10天的浸泡，之後於橡木桶中培養18個月。

酒名本意是「荷蘭人的足跡」，其最早歐洲人在此的種植紀錄於1887至1928年左右。採「Field Blend」作法，採收並混合同一園中的不同品種的葡萄，並一起在大型酒槽中發酵，最後導入橡木桶進行12個月的帶渣陳年。散發著綿羊皮、乾草、麥稈等香氣 口感均衡且略帶如橘酒般的單寧感，產量稀少，僅生產一桶！
