Not only is Landfall a fairly popular archetype in general, but tons of other decks use these effects, too
This is an incredibly flavorful nod, but as far as the card itself goes, The Darkness Crystals mana value and activated ability are a bit too expensive to be exciting
And while the Action has a cool effect, its not really tempting enough for me to want to make space for it in any of my Amethyst decks
