酒莊於2010年增購的珍貴地塊，土質為海百合石灰岩，加上位於背斜谷出口處，酒質酸度鮮明，地塊風味明顯，有如特級園般的存在，平均樹齡高達65歲！全數去梗，經18個月的桶中陳釀(50%新桶)。深沉的礦物風味為主導、單寧如天鵝絨般滑順，優雅且迷人！

氣泡綿密細緻。豐富的水果香氣，明顯帶有黃桃、黃肉李、洋梨等成熟黃色果實印象。更散發出香料與蜂蜜的氣息，再轉變出糖漬水果、佛手柑、柑橘皮的香味。口感厚實，直覺聯想到新鮮酸甜的各式水果，多汁甜美，再帶出一些白胡椒的香氣點綴。
