Camlad Size:MM106 a delicious sweet lovely biteA Welsh cider apple. An old Welsh cider apple with good acid and tannins. Round, green fruit with pink red flush, and little russet. Ripens October. The original tree grew in an orchard close to the Camlad, the stream famous for being the only one that rises in England and flows into Wales, following the border for most of its length. Used as a single variety cider by John Jenkins at Old Monty Cider.
