清新的覆盆子、草莓與紅櫻桃等紅色水果風味，伴隨淡淡的大地土壤氣息。口感適中，質地均衡，單寧顆粒感十足，是一款風格經典的上夜丘酒款。

葡萄的八成來自Bouzy特級村，剩餘兩成則來自漢斯山區另一個重量級特級村Ambonnay。陳年基酒的比例高達50%，增添複雜的層次感。貝努瓦選擇零添糖的風格，因為他認為陳年基酒已經提供了足夠飽滿的果味，所以無需再行添糖。

混合三個塊葡萄園，慕尼耶主要來自面朝南的砂質「Montreval」地塊，樹齡50年；白堊土比例高的「Crayère」地塊；面朝北的「Les Cumines」地塊，種植夏多內與慕尼耶。培養24個月後除渣。再靜置6個月後出廠。過程不添加任何SO₂。不中止乳酸發酵、不過濾、不澄清。
