整串葡萄壓榨，隨後進行低溫沉澱，使用原生酵母在橡木桶中發酵，橡木桶陳釀12個月。必要時會進行澄清與過濾。

葡萄品種：68% Pinot Noir

葡萄皆以人工方式採收，透過綠色採收將最終的產率控制在35 hl/ha的嚴格標準以確保集中度與濃縮度。發酵完成後移至小型新橡木桶進行18~22個月的培養，橡木桶是向布根地知名的Domaine Dominique Laurent 採購而來。與布根地頂尖酒莊在釀造特級園時的釀造方式完全相同。年產量僅有6桶！
