It does have a fair bit of corrosion to it so might just need a good cleaning

The holes where the extrusion enters the drum have a 5/8” diameter

Width at the base for line is 1 1/4”

The toe rail measurement is 1 wide x 1 4 deep and is rounded so would be a very specific install. There is a single screw mounting in the center with 2 more on the tops (1 on each end). This cleat is 8 3 8 total length. The cleat is 2 3 4 tall. Width between the chocks for line is 1. This cleat was removed off of a Columbia 40 sailboat.
