太陽之屋酒莊的Gewürztraminer素來就有全紐西蘭最佳Gewürztraminer的稱號。單一葡萄園5182中，只用僅14排種植於1979年的老藤，同時也是馬爾堡最古老的Gewürztraminer所釀造。
香氣以豐富的檸檬風味為主調，煙燻、桃子、青蘋果及溫和甜美的帶核水果風味，還有一些草本氣息，酒體中等，些為肉質伴隨些許煙燻與茴香氣息點綴，酸度俐落，延伸出一絲蜂蠟味道，礦物感迷人，餘韻帶有一絲苦味增添複雜度。
