散發出煙燻、小麥吐司、杏仁、牛軋糖、橘子油、白花和一些土地氣息，明顯的礦物感，酒體中等至濃郁具有力量，層次分明，濃縮，優雅的酵母味，酸度明亮宜人，餘味悠長、透徹。

此款黑中白通常使用Meunier品種釀造，但2017年份酒莊損失了多數的Meunier，因此以Pinot Noir取代，樹藤多超過50歲。年產量約 1

此款「La Brulée」一級園葡萄酒，來自酒莊於2020年重新種植的年輕樹藤。面朝東南向，擁有豐沛日照，與其地塊名稱相呼應。於橡木桶中陳釀一年(30%為新桶)。散發滿滿的成熟紅色莓果香，如覆盆子、草莓、紅櫻桃。酸度鮮明、單寧感相當舒適，餘韻綿延。
