來自上夜丘的單一葡萄園，土質中帶有許多石灰岩小石塊，平均50歲的樹藤。葡萄全數去梗釀造，經輕微的踩皮萃取，於舊橡木桶中陳釀12至15個月。散發覆盆子、黑醋栗、玫瑰、紫羅蘭香，口感中酸度明亮，展現出高海拔風土的純淨風味。
