It makes it too easy on your opponent, who just has to remove the location and then you are left with a bad and mostly useless character on board
I would often rather take this than another popular exile removal spell just because of the modality being so good
For example, Julietta Madrigal (Excellent Cook) can remove up to 2 damage from a character while Papa Madrigal (Weather Maker) exerts a foe's character and keeps it that way for another turn
