This cleat will sit 3/4” deep/ the base is 3 7/8” long x 2 5/8” wide

This housing base is 7 1/8” diameter at the base x 6 3/4” diameter at the top (OD) and it stands 4 7/8” tall

It is dirty but would clean up to look like new

I think they are supposed to have slides but they do not
