Trocken為德國干型白酒，殘糖量必須低於9g/L。此款葡萄來自酒莊所持有的葡萄園中較早採收的果實，再混合其他較小的葡萄園，例如Maringer Honigberg的收成進行釀造。風格平易近人，帶有誘人的洋梨、黃肉李、樟樹精油、草本香料的香氣。口感飽滿有力，入口後香料與草本植物的風味更加突出，尾韻悠長。

48公頃土地，面東南，海拔約240公尺，土壤主要為淺而密的黏土。葡萄採收後以氣壓式壓榨機輕柔地榨汁，後續在木桶中進行乳酸發酵，並以1/3新桶帶渣培養18個月。
