The Great Aerie Fun: 2 Impact: 2 Chaos: 2 Pumping up your smaller creatures can certainly be useful, but theres enough spot removal, blockers, board wipes, bounce and situations where having a slightly bigger creature just doesnt do much that Im not too keen on this one
You also expose yourself to things like Threaten effects on your freshly cast monster that you were relying on to stabilize the board
The toxic it adds is the main attraction, however, and when combined with all the other Rat support cards, it becomes easy to win through poison counters
Feel free to cut these if you dont have them
There are still plenty of other adventures to be had with this set, and we look forward to venturing into the Undercity and playing with all of the fantastic new cards in this set
Felidar Sovereign is a better card for this job because it does something else as a 4/6 with vigilance and it requires less life for you to win, but if youre seeking consistency, maybe give this one a try
