酒名「Pofadder」其實是非洲的一種毒蛇，其葡萄園位於Swartland東側連綿不絕的Kasteelberg山脈，從空中俯瞰神似蛇的外型。2020年份開始，帶梗的比例下修至50%，讓果味及酸度能更加突出！帶有黑櫻桃、覆盆子、野莓等漿果風味，口感爽脆，完美刻劃出南非Cinsault的風味！
