此款可說是Héritage的升級版，黑皮諾主要來自Bouzy特級村、少數來自Loches-sur-Ource村 (Aube)、夏多內來自白丘的Grauves村。釀造上與Héritage不同的是，選擇在不鏽鋼槽與橡木桶中第一次發酵與陳釀的時間拉長至18個月，隨後再進行瓶中二次發酵15個月，最後選擇零添糖。風味的變化與層次感皆更上層樓！
