St Edmund's Pippin Size:M116 A popular eating appleA middle season eating apple. Green yellow to gold base, blushed pale brownish on the sun exposed face. Large patches of brown russet. Sweet, rich flavour. One of the best early October apples, only stores for about a month. First mentioned by the RHS in 1875. Raised by Mr R Harvey of Bury St Edmunds in the mid 1800.
