Thats pretty good, providing a way to quickly ramp your available ink for bigger and better cards for a fairly low cost
I dont think Protection Magic is going to be the best option for every deck, but in decks that can proliferate counters this one is going to do a surprising amount of work
Using an Ability : If you have a character in play that isnt exerted, or you play an item, you can then play the ability on the card for any cost detailed on it
There's a lot of card draw to get you there but you're less able to fight back if your deck isn't cooperating
If youre really feeling it, you can go for the mega-bundle for $400, and get the whole shebang, including a pair of promos
