Wizards of the Coast, owned by Rhode Island's toy conglomerate Hasbro, has also released Collector Booster Packs as well as Play Booster Packs of "Tarkir: Dragonstorm." At the time of writing, certain cards found in these special packs are valued from $200 to over $400 in near mint condition at market price, according to their listings on TCG Player
