Dunkerton's Late Year:1 YR Flesh is sweet with aA late sweet cider apple. Also known as Dunkertons Sweet or Dunkertons Late Sweet. Large, round fruit. Green ripening to primrose yellow with orange flush. Flesh is sweet, chewy and firm. Makes a fruity, sweet and light cider. Raised by Mr Dunkerton of Boltonsborough, near Glastonbury in the 1940s. Quite vigorous and fairly disease resistant.
