This is then prepared with the optimal acid sugar ratio. Fermentation takes place in 220L Szerednyei oak barrels, from the Zemplen hills and aged for 3 years. This wine has a deep golden colour with an expressive nose of ripe peaches, acacia honey and orange peel.
