cassis and blackberry on the front palate while the mid-palate is currently a little tight with fresh herbs

and a wave of toasty oak

2019 Kacaba “Rebecca” Rosé spaghetti Bolognese Made from a single blockA classic, Old World expression of ros. A well balanced dry, yet fruity ros showing candied strawberries, red currant and cranberry. Cold stainless fermentation helps it retain the strawberry and raspberry nature of the grape, as well as some of that typical Ontario cranberry taste. The acidity is dominant making this wine the perfect candidate for a hot patio day.
