This commander feels noticeably powerful in the context of the precon, but I believe that hell also continue to scale well as you make upgrades to the deck
If it doesn't have rampage, that creature gains rampage 2 until end of turn
If there is a full stack of spells going on in the middle of a Storm player's turn, or an active counter war going on, then suddenly targets abound, and most likely the table is willing to help out with one side or the other
Its also something that Moraug does well, because if a land enters the battlefield under your control in your main phase, you get an extra combat phase after it, and all of your Creatures untap at the beginning of that combat phase
