Paul Bara是菁英俱樂部Club Trésors de Champagne中最能代表Bouzy村的酒莊。歷經嚴格的評選才能用” Special Club “的名義上市。

葡萄在手工採收後，80%全程在橡木桶中發酵，其餘20%在陶罐中進行發酵，降低氧化培養的程度。再混合分開獨立釀造，產自Ambonnay的黑皮諾紅酒，比例約為8%~10%後裝瓶窖藏，平均在瓶中培養4年後才除渣，Dosage 同樣只有2 g/L的極少量。
