酒名本意是「荷蘭人的足跡」，其最早歐洲人在此的種植紀錄於1887至1928年左右。採「Field Blend」作法，採收並混合同一園中的不同品種的葡萄，並一起在大型酒槽中發酵，最後導入橡木桶進行12個月的帶渣陳年。散發著綿羊皮、乾草、麥稈等香氣口感均衡且略帶如橘酒般的單寧感，產量稀少，僅生產一桶！
