Speaking of character, this 2020 Baco, (a varietal very specific to Canadian terroir) has a tremendously big personality. Deep potpourri, flowers and herbs are the dominant aromatic components of this wine in addition to cassis, black cherry and cigar box. The palate is also very deep and complex offering precise flavours of blueberry liquor, blackberry, dry sage, dark cocoa and chewy tobacco leaves. This
