酒莊首次嘗試的夏多內橘酒，故取名「Virgo」，有「處女作品」之意。Virgo Natura Chardonnay Orange是一款微甜的氣泡酒，是一次發酵的Pet Nat(Pét-nat是Pétillant naturel 的簡寫，意思即是自然地起泡naturally bubbling，只有經過一次發酵，釀酒師會在第一次發酵未完成前便把酒液裝瓶，讓葡萄酒在瓶內繼續並完成發酵。

風土：Pommard 是伯恩區僅能生產紅酒的兩個村莊之一。過去的王公貴族對此地的喜愛猶勝夜丘。風格濃郁厚實，帶有厚實的丹寧質地與帶有嚼感的黑色漿果風味，酒評家往往都給予此村生產酒極高的評價，可謂是伯恩丘的王者之村。
