2019 Cave Spring “Dolomite” Riesling lamb sirloin They are running out ofLaser focused, this wine is the quintessence of precision and definition. The chalky minerality is a clear feature which highlights the typicity of Beamsville Bench Riesling and its soil composition very well. On the nose, this wine displays aromas of lime, pink grapefruit, gun flint and loads of white flowers.
